    Exceptionally clean and tidy apartment. Fantastic condition kitchen utensils and furniture. Cosy and homely vibe. Ample space in bedrooms with comfy beds.     The apartment was really comfortable and cozy, with a fantastic living room to relax in after a long day of work. I loved the fully equipped kitchen, especially the coffee machine, which helped me kickstart my mornings with a delicious cup of joe. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and perfect for my needs as a longer term business traveler. It truly felt like a home away from home.

    The only thing that didn't quite meet my taste was the toaster. It didn't toast evenly, and I prefer my toast nice and crispy.

    The bedrooms in this accommodation were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of each bedroom having its own bathroom and toilet. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. the location of this property was ideal, with a short walk to the city center and easy access to regular bus routes.

    One downside to this accommodation was the proximity to train rails, which could be quite noisy when a train passed by. This was particularly noticeable in the living room area, where the whole house would tremble.

    Our stay at this lovely house was fantastic! We were in Edinburgh for a sightseeing trip and stayed for five nights. The location was perfect, with a short 30-minute walk to the city center and convenient bus stops right outside, including one that took us directly to the zoo. The property was immaculately clean and had a modern and spacious feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was hot and powerful. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as provided tea and coffee, toiletries, and even laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets. Plus, there was a great takeaway spot just around the corner, Fat Tony's, which served delicious fish and chips and pizza. The only minor noise disturbance was the occasional passing freight train, but it never bothered us, and we never heard one at night. a great stay!

    Totally recommend this hotel.
